about the artist
Nana Bueno is a printmaker and visual artist based in San Antonio, Texas, pursuing a bachelor's in fine arts at The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently exploring further into the medium of printmaking; with her initial background in illustration and design, she is concentrating on hand drawn lithography.
Bueno started creating narrative works as a means to explore and communicate thoughts and ideas she isn't able to capture with words; and prefers a process as long and tedious as lithography as it provides her lots of time to think about what she’s creating and communicate with the artists around her.
